Bill started off as a dental technician. He was good at it but it wasn't a fit with his personality. His father-in-law suggested he look at the mortgage industry.
75% of that business is having a pleasing personality.
Turns out Bill had a good head for the numbers. He spent over 30 years in the industry. He moved into commercial mortgages.
Wendy ran a mortgage company. They started to go into investor loans and most loan officers did not want to do the work and volume was huge.
This turned into a Hard Money operation. She brokered deals between lenders and investors who could find homes but did not have money to invest.
Today they run their own company and built a strong faith-based business that helps other people receive passive income.
